What are your hours?
Our branch locations are operating under their regular business hours. To view the hours for a specific location, please visit our locations page. Don't forget that Web Order Entry and Mobile Order Entry services are available 24/7!
Are you delivering to customers?
Absolutely! Our drivers are taking every precaution to deliver your order safely. You don’t even have to sign for it. Ask for details.
Are your counters open for me to pick-up product?
Yes. Our counters are open for customer foot traffic provided you are healthy. Our counter locations are operating under their regular business hours. To view the hours for a specific location, please visit our locations page. Of course, should you prefer, will-call, curbside, and delivery service are still available.
Do you have enough inventory to supply me?
You bet we do! We’ve been working with our manufacturing partners to be sure we have good inventory levels and the products that are most needed right now. Give us a call, and we’ll be happy to let you know what you can get quickly.
Is your Lighting Showroom in New Oxford open for browsing?
Yes. Like our counter locations, our lighting showroom is open for business. Masks and social distancing is required. If you prefer, we do have an online store where you can browse our selection. You can even call your Schaedler Yesco sales rep, who can walk through the site with you!

What are you doing to reduce transmission?
All locations, trucks, and equipment are sanitized regularly. We’re practicing social distancing and working digitally and through virtual meeting tools.
Can I still talk to my regular contacts?
Yes. Part of our team may be working remotely, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t available to you! We’ve routed our phones and computers, allowing our remote team members to work with you just like they would in the office.
