We offer two types of accounts; Credit Account and Cash/C.O.D. Account. Please see below for more information.
Credit Account:
Download & Complete the Credit Application.
If you are tax-exempt, please download and complete the appropriate form(s).You will be required to include them with your Credit Application.
When will I get a response?
The timing of our response depends on how quickly we hear back from your references. For a quicker response from our Credit team, you may want to advise your references of your application.
Can I place an order in the meantime?
Yes. You may order using COD or credit card while you wait for your credit approval. If you are ordering via phone or email, simply let the team know that your account is pending and if you prefer COD or credit card. If you are ordering on our Web Ordering system, choose the guest check out.
Cash / C.O.D. Account:
Open the Request for Account Form below.
If you are tax exempt, please download the appropriate form(s) and save them on your computer. You will be asked to upload them to the Account Request form.
When will I get a response?
If you have completed all the information, your account will be set up within 2 business days. You will receive an email with your account number from [email protected].
Can I place an order in the meantime?
Yes. You may still order using Cash, COD or credit card. You do not need an account to order. Having an account allows you to participate in promotions and receive updates on products and services.
